20 Minute Full Body Workout 🏋🏽‍♀️ All you need is a pair of dumbbells 👉🏼 Workouts like these are perfect if you’re short for time or want to just stick to one spot in the gym (or at home) and especially great if the gym is busy or you feel overwhelmed by the equipment!  Give this 20 min AMRAP a go!  Complete the following exercises for the stated number of reps and have 60 seconds Rest after each round. Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins 🔥  1)Sumo Front Squats x 8 reps Add an extra Pulse on each rep (one pulse on first rep, two pulses on second reps and so on until you do 8 pulses on the 8th rep)  2)Dumbbell Skiers x 12 reps 3)Dumbbell Push Ups x 10 reps (On knees or toes)  4)Alternating Single Arm Swing into Press x 5 reps per arm  5)Dumbbell Deadlifts x 10 reps 6)Plank Dumbbell Drag x 6 reps per side 7)L-Sit Neutral Press x 8 reps  I enjoy drinking my @bulk Creatine powder in Wild Berry flavour (it’s amazing 😋) whilst I train and no only does it taste fabulous it also assists my body in improving my muscular strength and endurance which allows me to get those extra reps and push my body furthering those limits 💪🏼💪🏼 Give it a go and let me know how many rounds you get!  @bulk AD #teambulk #ThisIsNutrition #fullbodyworkout #dumbbellworkout #dumbbellonly #fullbody #workoutathome #gymworkout #ifthegymisbusy #homeworkout
