2 tbsp housin sauce
1 tsp sriracha
honey to taste
2 cloves garlic, grated
water to thin

GOVegetable Spring Rolls ✨ 💚 INGREDIENTS👇🏻
These super crispy and delicious spring rolls are a massive crowd pleaser! They are super versatile and incredibly easy to put together. Save this recipe for your next party or gathering!
INGREDIENTS:
10 Spring roll sheets
1 lb/450g cabbage
2 medium carrots
4 scallions/green onions
1/2 tbsp ginger (grated)
1/2 tbsp garlic (grated)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp Chinese 5 spice powder
4 cups oil (or as needed)
1 tbsp ap flour
2 tbsp water
Prep the vegetables: Thinly slice the vegetables.
Grate ginger and garlic
Prepare the filling: On medium heat, stir fry the vegetables in the following order – scallion whites, grated ginger garlic, carrots and cabbage. Add sugar, soy sauce, salt and stir fry until the veggies are tender. Add black pepper, chinese 5 spice powder and green onion tops. Mix well, switch off the flame and allow it to cool
Make the flour glue: In a bowl, mix 1 tbsp all-purpose flour with 2 tbsp water until it forms a smooth paste
Make the rolls: Gently separate the sheets and roll them up with the filling. Follow these steps
Heat oil for deep frying: Add atleast 3 inches of oil in a wok/pan. Heat it well. Stick a wooden spoon or chopstick into the oil. When bubbles appear around the wood and float up, the oil is ready for deep frying.
Deep fry the rolls: Gently add 3-4 rolls into the hot oil and fry until golden. Remove and set it on a wire rack or paper towels until all the rolls are fried
Serve: Serve them hot with sweet chilli sauce or hoisin sauce. Enjoy!! ☺️

HUCrispy cheese & corn spring rolls 🌯
1️⃣ Mix the filling (no cooking needed 🙌)
In a bowl, add —
• ½ cup boiled sweet corn 🌽
• ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese 🧀
• 2 tbsp processed cheese 🧈
• 1 tbsp cornflour 🌽 (helps hold everything together)
• ½ tsp oregano 🌿
• ½ tsp chili flakes 🌶️
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• A tiny pinch of salt 🧂
Mix it all really well — the mixture should be creamy but firm enough to roll 💛
2️⃣ Assemble the rolls:
Place 2 tbsp of filling on a spring roll sheet (or samosa patti), fold the sides, and roll tightly.
Seal the edges with a paste of 1 tbsp maida + 2 tbsp water (works like edible glue 🧃).
3️⃣ Fry till golden & crisp 🫕:
Deep fry on medium flame until golden brown and crunchy, or air-fry for a lighter version ✨
4️⃣ Serve hot & cheesy 🔥:
Slice diagonally, serve with spicy mayo 🌶️ or schezwan chutney 🥢, and enjoy that epic cheese pull! 😍🧀
💡 Pro tip: Chill the rolls for 10–15 mins before frying — it keeps them crisp and prevents the cheese from leaking! 💫

- I won’t be sharing the spring roll recipe itself but feel free to find a recipe that works💕
- There are different ways to wrap spring rolls. If you already have a method you love, by all means stick with it! This is just to help anyone who wants to get better at wrapping them.
- One key tip: make sure your spring roll wraps are thick enough to hold the filling without tearing.
- I don’t make my wraps from scratch. If you do, that’s amazing. If not, you can always use good quality store-bought wraps.
