It’s not genetics. It’s your habits. 👇🏼 Here are 5 things keeping your face soft: 1️⃣ Carb dominant diet If most of your meals are rice, bread, oats, fruit, cereal, and barely any protein, you’ll hold more body fat. More body fat = softer face. Protein should be the priority, not carbs. 2️⃣ “Eating healthy” Fruit, salads, acai bowls, whole grains, smoothies… cool. But if you’re not in a calorie deficit, your face will not lean out. Healthy food can still keep you over calories. 3️⃣ Not tracking accurately Eyeballing portions. Forgetting sauces. Ignoring snacks. If you’re not tracking, you’re guessing. And guessing keeps your cheeks full. 4️⃣ Weekly cheat days One 4,000–6,000 calorie day can erase your whole deficit for the week. You wake up bloated, holding water, and thinking nothing works. It’s not your face. It’s your consistency. 5️⃣ Trying to “debloat” instead of diet Face masks. Sodium cuts. Drinking lemon water. None of that replaces a sustained calorie deficit. Fat loss fixes face fat. Not hacks. You don’t need a new supplement. You need tighter daily habits. 🚨 Comment CHANGE if you want my free fat loss cheat sheet. 👉Make sure you’re followed at @betterlifestyle365 to learn how to get actually lean, not just less bloated.

1. We’ve been told less than 8 hours is dangerous. But Japan, the country that sleeps the least, also lives the longest. Average Japanese adult? About 6 hours a night. And still: low obesity, low disease, high life expectancy. Women live to 87.1, men to 81.1. This isn’t about genetics. It’s about how they sleep, not how long. 2. The key is sleep efficiency. Japanese routines are engineered for quality. Hot baths before bed trigger deep sleep. Bedrooms are kept cool, around 60 to 65 degrees. They sleep on firm futons that support spine alignment. The result? More non-REM restorative sleep in less time. It’s not about chasing hours. It’s about maximizing depth. 3. Their circadian rhythm is locked in. Daily movement, early dinners, and anti-inflammatory food like fish, fermented veggies, and green tea stabilize hormones. The body recovers faster because it’s not fighting off junk. One researcher said: they don’t just sleep cleaner – they live cleaner. 4. Napping isn’t seen as lazy. It’s maintenance. Twenty to thirty minute naps are built into adult routines. At work. On trains. In between errands. These micro-rests drop cortisol, reset focus, and slow brain aging. Americans call it burnout. The Japanese call it timing. 5. Most people don’t need more sleep. They need better input. A hot bath ninety minutes before bed. A cool, dark room. A firm sleep surface. Less phone light. More walking. Early meals. When your rhythm runs clean, six hours can feel like eight – and you stop waking up tired. ‼️ Drop sleep in the comments – I’ll show you how to reset your body clock and get deep rest, even if your schedule is chaos. No pills, no sleep trackers – just results in 72 hours.

You’re looking at a live experiment in how orthodontics can literally ruin a human face. Both twins, Ben and Quenton, started in the same position: same genetics, same facial structure, same dental crowding. From there, they were split into two completely different systems: 1.Ben - Traditional UK Orthodontics He had four teeth extracted, then fixed braces to pull the remaining teeth into line. This is the standard approach: reduce tooth mass - > pull everything back - > straight teeth on a smaller base. 2. Quenton - John Mew / Orthotropics He was treated with a technique that expanded his palate and gave him forward gorwth. No extractions. The goal wasn’t just straight teeth, but to enlarge the jaw, support the tongue, and let the face grow forward, not collapse backward. What Actually Happened to Their Faces? When you see the twins as adults, the differences go far beyond teeth. Ben (Extraction / Retraction Twin): - Face became longer and flatter - Midface pulled down and back - Mouth and smile became smaller (he says this himself on camera) - Under-eye area looks more hollow, maxilla less supported This is classic retraction: you extract teeth, close space by pulling everything backward, and the entire face follows that vector. Quenton (Expansion / Forward Growth Twin): - Better forward facial growth - Face looks more supported, less collapsed - Wider smile, fuller dental arch, upper jaw more present in the profile - Overall stronger and more “grown” facial structure This is what happens when you expand the jaw, support the tongue, and allow the maxilla to move forward instead of back. What This Proves (Beyond Aesthetics): This twin case destroys the idea that “it’s just genetics.” Same DNA. Different orthodontic philosophy. Different faces. Extractions + Retraction: → Smaller dental arch → Face pulled down/back → Weaker profile Expansion + Forward Growth: → Wider jaws → More tongue space → Better forward facial development Small mouth, small airway, flat face vs Wide jaws, open airway, forward growth . . . . . #johnmew #mewing #twins #rawprimal #testosterone

These are the 5 poorest medical specialties. 🩺💸 Note that this list doesn’t include the pediatric versions of specialties because that would make it a completely pediatric list. In the 5️⃣ spot is endocrinology at $291,000 a year. Despite a lower salary, residency plus fellowship lasts 5 to 6 years after medical school. At number 4️⃣ is geriatric medicine at $289,000. It takes 4 years to become a geriatric medicine doctor after medical school. In 3️⃣ place is preventive medicine, with $282,000 a year. Residency and fellowship training lasts 3 years. In the number 2️⃣ spot is pediatrics at $260,000. Pediatric residency is 3 years. There are also several 3-year fellowship options available, but these specialists actually make less than pediatric generalists. In the number 1️⃣ spot is medical genetics and genomics at $245,000. Residency lasts 3 years. #medicalschool #medicalschoollife #medstudent #medicalstudent #residencylife #residencyprogram #residentphysician #residency #careerpath #career #medgram #specialty #viralreels #payment #paycheck #endocrinology #endocrinologist #genetics #genetic #pediatrics #pediatrician #geriatrics #preventivemedicine #preventivecare #medicalgenetics
