रेगिस्तानी जिले बाड़मेर की रहने वाली दीपू कंवर का गुजरात न्यायिक सेवा (GJS) में सिलेक्शन हुआ है। कंवर अपनी सक्सेस का क्रेडिट सास-ससुर को देती हैं। शादी के बाद से वो उन्हें हमेशा पढ़ाई के लिए और घर के काम नहीं करने के लिए कहते रहे। अगर वे ससुराल में कभी काम करने लगती तो ससुर घर के बाकी लोगों को डांट देते थे कि बहू से काम मत करवाओ। उन्हें ससुराल में पढ़ने की हर सुविधा मिली है। इसलिए शादी के 7 साल बाद और एक बेटी की मां बनने के बाद भी वे जज बन गईं। पीहर से साथ लाई थी लॉ की किताबें जज बनीं दीपू कंवर की करीब 7 साल पहले बाड़मेर के जालीपा के रहने वाले लोकेंद्र सिंह के साथ शादी हुई थी। जामनगर (गुजरात) की रहने वालीं दीपू शादी के दौरान एलएलबी सेकंड ईयर की स्टूडेंट थीं। पीहर से ससुराल लॉ की किताबें और न्यायिक अधिकारी बनने का सपना लेकर आई थीं। कंवर ने बताया कि इस दौरान करीब 8 दिन ही जालीपा रही और फिर वापस जामनगर चली गई। क्योंकि मेरे एग्जाम थे। ज्यादातर समय में पीहर में रही। उस वक्त मेरी एलएलबी चल रही थी। तीसरे अटेम्प्ट में क्लियर किया गुजरात में यह कंपलसरी है कि आप प्रैक्टिस एडवोकेट ही होने चाहिए। तभी आप एग्जाम दे सकते हैं। हालांकि, ऐसा बाकी स्टेट में नहीं है। इसलिए दीप ने कंवर ने साल 2021 में कोर्ट में प्रैक्टिस शुरू कर दी थी। जो अब तक कर रही थीं। साल 2022 में पहली बार एग्जाम दिया था। तब प्री और मेन्स दोनों क्लियर कर लिया था, लेकिन इंटरव्यू में रह गई थी। उसके बाद मैंने 2023 में फिर एग्जाम दिया उस समय में मेन्स एग्जाम में रह गई। इस बार 2025 में 79वीं रैंक के साथ सिलेक्शन हो गया। ससुराल में मिला पढ़ाई का माहौल दीपू कंवर का कहना है कि मेरे ड्रीम को ससुराल ने ड्रीम बनाया। पढ़ाई के साथ घर का काम करती थी। गाय का दूध निकालना, खाना बनाना और दूसरे पारिवारिक और सामाजिक काम में भी शामिल रहती थी। हालांकि, मेरी सास समद कंवर और ससुर थान सिंह हमेशा मेरे घर के काम करने का विरोध करते थे। ससुर जी कहते थे कि जवाबदारी बाद में पहले कुछ बन कर दिखा दो। पहले पढ़ाई करो उसके बाद समाज के फंक्शन में शामिल होना। मैं ससुराल में एक रूम में हॉस्टल की तरह रहकर पढ़ाई करती थी। पति ने ही एलएलबी करने के लिए सपोर्ट किया दीपू के पति लोकेंद्र सिंह भी एलएलबी कर रहे हैं। दीपू बताती हैं कि उन्हें पढ़ाई और कोर्ट में प्रैक्टिस के दौरान हमेशा पति का सपोर्ट मिला है। वे उन्हें गाइड भी करते हैं। आगे कि खबर कमेन्ट बाक्स में....see more
