BO90 DAYS TO MY GLOW UP ✨WEEK 1: PREP DAY ✍️
I decided to start this series to make the most of the last months of the year and create a big transformation.
MAIN RULES FOR MY GLOW UP CHALLENGE:
MEALS 🥗 – currently in a calorie deficit with a balanced diet
WORKOUT 🏋️♀️ – 4 weight training sessions + 2 pilates sessions per week
STEPS 👟 – 10,000 steps daily
WATER 🧊 – minimum 2L of water per day, plus teas and detox drinks
My plan: meal prep once or twice a week with a few meals in advance, 4 weight training sessions at the gym, 2 pilates sessions per week, and 10,000+ steps every single day. I’ve written down my meal plan and I’m currently in a calorie deficit, aiming to stick to it as much as possible.
I’ll be sharing everything in detail through my stories and filming every day, but I won’t post the challenge as “day 1, day 2, day 3..", instead, I’ll do it weekly since this is a long journey and posting daily challenge recaps would be too much (it’s already 10:30pm and I’m finishing this video 😅).
So, I’ll post weekly recaps here, but on stories I’ll share my daily updates, meals, workouts, and everything in between. You’ll still see my everyday life so you can follow along and even start your own challenge!
