Today I've watched a Tokusatsu created by Capcom and Toho called Shichisei Tōshin Guyferd. It borrows a lot of aspects from Kamen Rider, Guyver, and Fist of the North Star. They may not have the same kind of budget as say Super Sentai or Kamen Rider but they work with what they've got and it really shows. You don't need to have an incredibly high budget to be good.
