When the hip flexors take over, they tilt the pelvis forward, and the abs can’t create that nice rounded shape we’re looking for. The solution? I’m all for challenging my body. But I don’t believe in forcing it to do something it’s not ready for; even when it’s a beginner exercise like THE ROLLUP. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The goal of the exercise is SPINE ARTICULATION... which I did... but with my knees bent & the support of my arms 🤷🏽‍♀️.
