Lately I’ve been focusing on simple habits that support my health as a busy mom. One thing u stated adding to my morning latte is colostrum. I’ve recently added @heartandsoilsupplements new colostrum and I have really been enjoying it. Not only does it make a great addition to the creamy dreamy texture of my morning coffee. We all know how I love a frothy fatty coffee! It also has tons of benefits, from antibodies, immune support, gut health and muscle recovery. ❤️‍🩹 Now I may not be back into the swing of working out, but I am a postpartum recovering momma who needs all the support she can get, and sometimes that doesn’t come from outside support systems, it comes from making better decisions. “I want a coffee too mommy! » ☕️💕 She doesn’t like how I make mine so she mostly wants an excuse to use her cool cat cup and just smells the very watered down coffee 🤣 But if you’re curious as to what I put in my morning coffee, here it is: • 1/4 - 1/2 cup organic coconut milk • 1/4 tsp golden spice mix (tumeric, ginger, cinnamon, pepper) • 1 tbsp honey — I aim to consume no more than 25g of added sugar daily (it’s not easy) and the honey I add to my coffee makes the cut because I ❤️ it! • 2 scoops marine collagen by @organikahealth • 1 cup espresso (either @kickinghorsemtn , or a blend from a local cafe such as @white_et_compagnie or @vox_micro_torrefacteur ) • LOVE, always 💕 I mix it all with my @kitchenaid_ca hand blender to Pour half into my cup, and keep the rest warm until I’m ready for it! *this is key if you like drinking your coffee hot!
