CHCheesy Garlic Bread🫶🏻🤍
INGREDIENTS:
• Baguette – 1
• Butter – 4 tbsp
• Garlic – 6 cloves (finely minced)
• Chilli flakes – ½ tsp
• Mixed herbs – ½ tsp
• Salt – to taste
• Mozzarella – ¾ cup (grated)
METHOD:
• In a bowl, mix butter, garlic, chilli flakes, mixed herbs, and salt until smooth and spreadable.
• Slice the baguette lengthwise into halves, spread the garlic butter evenly, and sprinkle grated mozzarella on top.
• Preheat oven to 180°C and bake on the middle rack for 8–10 minutes until the cheese melts, then move to the top rack and grill at 220–250°C for 1–2 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
• Brush a little melted butter on top (optional) and sprinkle chilli flakes and mixed herbs.
• Slice and serve hot.

LIFootball shaped cake - easy peasy! 🏈🏈🏈🏈
I used a 9” cake and cut a 1.75” strip out of the center. Then put the 2 halves back together!

Chocolate Buttercream Recipe:
• 2 sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter, room temp
• 350g confectioners sugar
• 65g hershey’s cocoa powder (sifted)
• 2 TBSP milk
• 1 TBSP light corn syrup (*optional- it adds a bit of shine)
• 1 TSP vanilla extract
• pinch of salt

1. Mix butter on its own for 2 mins in electric mixer with paddle attachment. Butter will turn lighter in color
2. Add half of the sugar and mix on low, just until incorporated
3. Add rest of sugar, cocoa powder, milk, corn syrup, vanilla, and salt. Mix on low at first until incorporated, and then on medium for 2 minutes until nice and fluffy. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula if there is sugar on the sides.
4. Before loading into a piping bag, stir by hand with a spatula to get the air bubbles out.
