Simple finger training for climbers 1) flex the fingers into position (this does not need to be as pronounced as shown) 2) recruit in this position (the flex portion is part of this, you may need another second to two in intended position) 3) lift the device (with the legs is easiest, but your setup may require an amount of rowing or shrugging or extending, minimize but do not worry) 4) maintain position (duration of a set determines adaptations while duration of a lift within a set is mostly preference) 5) return to the ground (if you notice discomfort on the weight returning to the ground, you may be lowering too fast with the fingers attempting to flex and extend as the device "bounces") If at any time the grip begins to extend or shift once set, the load or volume are too high. Considering recovering longer between sets or sessions. Using the Organic Resist in Wizard colorway, perfect for off the ground lifts/edge lifts/pick ups as these are isometric yielding exercises where the fingers "resist" extending under load. #trainingforclimbing #climbingtraining #climbing #fingerstrength #climb #hangboard #training #strengthtraining #grip #griptraining #gripstrength
