Here’s an example day: 🔹 4 whole eggs = 24 g 🔹 100 g chicken breast = 30 g 🔹 100 g paneer = 18 g 🔹 100 g cooked soya chunks = 15 g 🔹 100 g cheese = 10 g 🔹 1 scoop whey protein = 22–25 g 🔹1 cup cooked dal = 8 g Mix and match these and you easily cross 100 g. For vegetarians, paneer + soya + dal + whey already gets you there. For non-vegetarians, chicken + eggs + dal + a little dairy does the job. Why is this important? Because protein is the nutrient that ✅ Helps you repair muscles after workouts. ✅ Keeps you fuller for longer, and ✅ Supports weight management by protecting your lean body mass. Many people focus too much on carbs and fats, but neglecting protein leaves them feeling hungry, losing strength, and even struggling with metabolism. The simplest strategy is to add a protein source to every meal: eggs in the morning, dal or chicken at lunch, paneer or soya at dinner. How to EAT MORE protein 👇🏻👇🏻 1️⃣ Start small: Increasing the amount of protein can be tough. Instead of drastic changes, slowly up your portions of protein-rich foods like paneer, chicken, tofu, or soy chunks. Start by adding an extra 10g to your meals and increase by another 10g after a week or two. This allows your body to adjust. 2️⃣ Include protein based snacks: Choose protein-packed snacks like Low-fat Greek yogurt with berries and 5 almonds, or 2 hard-boiled eggs. These are perfect for cravings and keeping you feeling fuller for longer. 3️⃣ Breakfast: Include more protein-rich options like eggs, Greek yogurt with protein granola, paneer sandwich etc. 4️⃣ Adjust portions based on your hunger and activity level. For Example, This week, aim for an extra 100 grams of chicken or tofu at dinner. Next week, increase to 120 grams, and gradually increase portions over time.
