Northeast Indian cuisine is so underrated so unique and tasty. Here’s my take on chicken Bharata. Enjoy it as it is or as a salad or sandwich filling. It is traditionally eaten with Roti or rice. Recipe ( serves 4) Ingredients 250 g, chicken 10-12 garlic cloves 1 inch Ginger 5-6 green chillies 2 fry red chillies 1 onion 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil Handful of chopped coriander leaves Method ⏺️ Boil chicken with garlic ginger and green chilli. Remove the chicken after 6 mins and boil the left over water and reduce it. We will use this later. ⏺️Dry roast garlic, green chillies, red chillie and pound it in a mortar and pestle ⏺️ Now shred the chicken, add chopped onion, coriander, add the chilli garlic paste, and the left over water. ⏺️ Mix it and enjoy with roti / rice or as a salad or sandwich filling #healthy #healthylifestyle #healthyrecipes #northeastindia #highprotien #chickenrecipes

My glass dishes are from Amazon - they are linked in my storefront- link in bio. 🥞We love to mix things up at breakfast time and these were a real treat. Make them ahead and warm up in the microwave if you wish! Tasty, nutritious and kid approved. ❤️SAVE to try 💕Breakfast puddings - makes 1 pot - multiply the amounts below to make more 1 egg 1 heaped tablespoon greek yoghurt (40g) 3 tablespoons milk (45ml) ½ teaspoon vanilla extract ¼ cup self raising flour `(40g) 2 tablespoons rolled oats A squeeze honey or maple syrup Top with a few frozen or fresh raspberries & blueberries Preheat the oven 180ºC fan. Use 4 small oven proof dishes. These are glass containers- they are linked in my Amazon store front. Measure all the ingredients except the berries into the oven proof containers, mix well with a fork, sprinkle the berries on top, don’t add to many. Clean the raw flour from around the edges of the dishes. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, test they are cooked using a skewer, when it comes out clean they are cooked. Leave to cool for 10 minutes, add a spoon of yoghurt, a drizzle of honey and enjoy. Eat hot or cold. My kids say its like cake for breakfast. ❄️Storage: Keep covered in the fridge for 3 days. Reheat in the microwave for about 1 minute. Here’s an easy meal that comes together in 10 mins Recipe ( Serves 2) Ingredients 2 chicken breast 1/4 cup yogurt 5-6 cloves garlic Seasonings- Garlic powder, paprika, Chilli flakes, mixed herbs, salt and pepper 1 cup veggies of choice Method 💪🏼 Marinate the chicken breast with garlic, yogurt and the seasonings. Airfry it at 180 for 12-14 mins without any oil. Or pan fry it with 1 tbsp of olive oil. 💪🏼 Sauté any vegetables with little salt pepper and olive oil. Ingredients: - 2 tbsp vg butter - 1 head of broccoli, broken down to small pieces - 3 garlic cloves - 1 silken tofu - 3 tbsp nooch - 1 lemon zest - 1/2 lemon juice - 2 tbsp vg parmesan - Salt and pepper to taste - 250g pasta Method: 1. Bring a pot of water to boil, add some salt then the pasta. 2. In a wide pan, melt the butter then add the broccoli with some salt and pepper. 3. Add the garlic and allow to cook down. 4. In a blender add the silken tofu, nooch and blend. Add this to the pan with lemon zest, vg parmesan. Allow to simmer. 5. 20 Minute Creamy Chicken Pasta Ingredients - 2 chicken breast - 2 tbsp olive oil - 1 tbsp garlic powder - 1 tbsp smoked paprika - 1/2 tbsp salt - 1/2 tbsp parsley - 1/4 tbsp oregano - 1/4 tbsp onion powder - 1/4 tbsp cayenne pepper - 1/3 tbsp pepper - 1/2 stick of unsalted butter - 6 - 8 cloves of garlic mined - 2 shallots diced - 2 tbsp tomato paste - 3 sprigs of fresh thyme - 1 cup chicken broth - 1 cup heavy cream - Small hand full of sun dried tomatoes - Small hand full of fresh basil - Your pasta of choice Take note for the season you could also just use a bbq rub or any season you desire. Instructions Season up your chicken breast. Then over medium high heat sear both sides and cook the chicken 75% of the way then remove the chicken. Add in all your other ingredients. Let them cook down a bit then add your chicken back in and let it finish cooking until internal temperature of 165. Remove the chicken then cook your noodles and add them in with a splash of the pasta water. Let everything thicken up serve and enjoy. #pastalover #chickenpasta #highprotien #dinner #recipe
