Aren’t you getting the results you want? The biggest issue for a lot of people, including me is the food part. If you struggle to get results, you are probably eating too little. You need to eat A LOT to gain muscle, especially if you have a fast metabolism. I’ve never tracked calories, and I get that it can be great for a lot of people, but it’s also possible to gain weight without it. Change your eating habits. Stick to a routine and a structured program. Do the same exercises every week and track your workouts to make sure you’re adding more weight over time. Home workouts and light weights unfortunately won’t get you big gains. Disclaimer: There are 6 years between the first picture and now, and being 15 vs 21 makes a difference. BUT I saw the most difference in my first years of lifting (since it gets harder to build mass after reaching a certain point). Building muscle takes time - but time is passing anyway 🤍
