MIHere’s the step by step installation video for both the Kies or Cargraphic valve controller for the Porsche 911 992 Carreras. This work for both the 992.1 and 992.2 with the exception of the 992.2 Carrera GTS.
If you’re driving your car at the right range and on WOT there’s no need for the valve controller. However, it does make cold start ups and drives in the much lower 1-3k rpm range more interesting.
Here are all the tools you need:

This week at The Shop we installed @numeric_racing short shifters and cables in two very deserving cars: a 997.1 Carrera 4S Cabriolet and a 997.1 Carrera 2S.
For anyone familiar with the factory setup on these cars, upgrading to the Numeric system completely transforms the feel of the gearbox—shorter throws, tighter engagement, and a far more precise mechanical connection between driver and transmission.
