It’s Invasive Species Week (Feb. 23–27) — that magical time of year when scientists, citizen scientists, and curious nature lovers all pause mid-walk and say, “Wait… that plant isn’t supposed to be here.”
Right now is one of the BEST times to spot invasive species. Many stand out before native plants leaf out and before spring insects get busy. Your observations this week can make a real difference.
