Sus agentes pensaron que era una alerta nacional de seguridad. Activaron fronteras con México y Canadá, movilizaron personal, generaron comunicaciones internacionales…
¿El resultado?
Solo estaba pidiendo que dejaran márgenes más amplios en las hojas. 😂
“Márgenes” en inglés también significa “borders”.
Una sola frase ambigua desató el caos.
Esto nos pasa más seguido de lo que creemos en el trabajo:
Instrucciones vagas
Asumir que “el otro ya entiende”
No confirmar que el mensaje llegó bien
El buen clima laboral empieza con comunicación asertiva.
Sé claro. Toma en cuenta al otro. Interésate en que el mensaje se entienda de verdad.
Porque una mala interpretación puede generar crisis innecesarias… y hasta operaciones internacionales 😂

It took lot of months of struggle finally employees spoke to DCM @ajitpawarspeaks & then hon CP chaube sir called bawdhan police station and next day #FIR is registered .

Also more than 70 employees salary is pending , delayed & denied by company which we will take up with labour office followed by Labor minister .
