Passive Toe Splits Use your hands to slowly separate your toes into the opposite direction. 3. Toe Opener: Interlace Your Fingers With Your Toes Gently weave your fingers between your toes and gently move them in circles. Be patient and consistent. Tight tissues will start loosening up and your toe mobility will improve!

Flexible feet. I learnt this from @dougsyoga and it’s a fabulous way of keeping the feet mailable. Our feet were designed to run around on uneven terrain so we have lots of little bones in the feet. This opens up the feet and gets the toes at adduct and abduct and unglues any tightness in the feet. This is an important part of being able to balance as our feet are our foundations.

Here are some things you can start implementing to show some love to your feet and reap the benefits of improving foot health! - Go barefoot / wear barefoot shoes. Cramming your feet into tight and narrow shoes is unnatural for your feet. Allow them to be free! Let them adapt to the surfaces they come into contact to. They should be able to flex and bend freely. - Roll your feet out Release the foot using a massage ball or golf ball. This helps to release tension and improve foot function. - Spread your toes. - Work on flexibility/ mobility and strengthening your ankles and feet.
