Gradually sift the cocoa powder into the warm condensed milk, adding it in three batches and mixing well after each addition. 3. Once all the cocoa powder is fully incorporated, the mixture will become very thick. Transfer it to a 6-inch square dish lined with cling film. 4. Refrigerate it for at least 2 hours.
