O Ministério Público de Santa Catarina (MPSC) está investigando as empresas STPN, TS Host, Colloca e ITEV, que prestam serviços tributários, de recursos humanos e de internet em Jaraguá do Sul e em outros estados. Elas teriam cometido práticas comerciais abusivas ao enviar “boletos de proposta” referentes a serviços não solicitados e muitos destinatários pagavam por engano, especialmente pelo Débito Direto Autorizado (DDA).
Um empresário local denunciou o caso e a 7ª Promotoria de Justiça determinou diligências para verificar a regularidade das empresas investigadas. Os estabelecimentos foram notificados e os Ministérios Públicos estaduais das regiões onde as empresas têm sede também foram acionados para a adoção de providências.
As empresas afirmaram seguir as normas e disseram ter cancelado os boletos ao serem questionadas. Agora, o MPSC exige que as empresas entreguem um relatório com todos os boletos emitidos nos últimos cinco anos com valores e datas de emissão e vencimento.
