Measure from the middle of your leftmost knuckle to the middle of the rightmost one, using our conversion chart on the website. 2. Moisturize for ease: Dry hands can create friction, making it challenging to slide the bangle on smoothly. Apply lotion to your hands to facilitate easy movement of the bangle onto your wrist. 3. Proper hand squeezing: Focus on squeezing the widest part of your hand to minimize discomfort. This should align with where you measured for sizing. 4. Did you know about these bangle styles? One tip when you're shopping online for a bangle – bangle size guides are usually measured using a half round bangle. If you're a size 55mm in half round, you can usually go down to 54mm for a full round for a slightly snugger fit and will need to go up 2mm for an oval bangle as a rough guide. If you have inflexible hands with big knuckles, you should size up even more!
