O layback spin não é só flexibilidade, é também controlo, força e técnica!
DICAS TÉCNICAS:
Passo 1 - Base forte.
Antes de inclinar, garante um centro estável e boa rotação.
Sem isso, o spin perde velocidade.
Passo 2 - Ombros e peito abertos.
Pensa em abrir o peito para cima, não em “deixar cair a cabeça”. Isso ajuda a manter o eixo.
Passo 3 - Flexibilidade progressiva.
Trabalha a extensão das costas e ombros fora do pista para ganhar amplitude.
Passo 4 - Braços elegantes.
Os braços ajudam no equilíbrio e na estética do pião. Experimenta diferentes posições até encontrar a tua linha.
💡Grava os teus treinos! Ver o pião em vídeo ajuda a corrigir postura e eixo.

- First step is to master a simple upright spin that remains open. This foundational skill is important before proceeding with the layback because it teaches balance and stillness so the skater is under complete control for what happens after that.
- From the forward upright spin position with the free leg in front and slightly to the side, the movement of the free leg is best simulated by turning the skating hip in the direction of the spin, while keeping the free foot in place with the free hip turned out. The desired free foot position is behind the skating leg.
- To properly balance the arched upper body, the hips must be pressed way forward with the skating knee extended and pressed forward.
