Step 2 Pour into an unbaked pie shell. The ✨Dessert of the Season is here✨ Pumpkin Pie Brownies! Ingredients For the brownie layer 1/2c unsalted butter 4oz Nestle Toll House dark chocolate morsels 1c sugar 2 large eggs, whisked 1tsp vanilla extract 1/2c flour 2 Tbsp Nestle Toll House cocoa powder ¼ tsp salt For the pumpkin pie layer 1c Libby's pumpkin puree 1c Carnation Evaporated Milk 1 large egg 1/2c brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp cinnamon 3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1 Tbsp cornstarch How to: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper. Lightly grease the parchment paper and set aside. Add the butter and chocolate to a large bowl. Melt in the microwave for 30 second intervals. Stir between each interval until smooth. Let the mixture cool slightly, whisk in the eggs, sugar, and vanilla until combined. Whisk in the flour, cocoa, and salt. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Set aside and proceed with the pumpkin layer. In a large bowl whisk together all of the ingredients until you no longer see any sugar or egg. Carefully ladle the pumpkin mixture over the top of the brownie batter. Do not pour the batter all in at once as this will disrupt the brownie layer. Bake in a preheated oven for about 50-60 minutes or until the pumpkin layer is set. It should have a slight jiggle, but shouldn't jiggle like a liquid. Remove from the oven and allow the brownies to cool completely on a wire rack. Place the brownies covered in the fridge to chill and allow the pumpkin layer to set for at least 4hrs. To serve, lift the brownies out of the pan using the parchment overhang and slice into squares using a sharp knife, wiping the knife in between cuts for clean slices. #pumpkin #nestletollhouse #carnation #libbys #pumpkinbrownies #brownies

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Pancakes 🥞 This might be our favorite fall recipe so far! Makes 12 pancakes *We made a half batch in the video Ingredients 1 ½ c flour 2 tsp baking powder ¼ tsp baking soda 1 tsp pumpkin spice 1 tsp cinnamon ½ tsp salt ½ c Libby’s Pumpkin 1c Carnation Evaporated Milk 3 Tbsp melted butter 2 large eggs 3 Tbsp maple syrup, plus more for serving 1/2c Nestlé Toll House mini chocolate chips Butter for cooking and serving 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. In a medium bowl whisk together, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and pumpkin spice until combined. 2. In a large bowl whisk together eggs, pumpkin, butter, Carnation Evaporated Milk, and maple syrup. Add the flour mixture and stir until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips. 3. Heat a griddle or nonstick pan over medium heat and lightly coat with butter. Drop about 1/3c of batter from a cookie scoop or ladle. Cook until puffy and bubbling on top and golden brown on the bottom, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook until the bottom is golden, about 45 seconds. 4. Place finished pancakes on the prepared baking sheet and place in the oven to keep warm covered with aluminum foil. 🎃Pumpkin Spice Carlota🎃 This is the Carlota your fall season needed! Sweet, creamy and with all the right flavors 💙🤤 Ingredients 8oz full-fat softened cream cheese 1 14oz can La Lechera Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 cup Libby's Pumpkin Puree 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract 3 cups cold heavy cream 2-3 packages of Maria's Gamesa Cookies Toasted chopped pecans and cinnamon for serving (optional) How to make pumpkin spice carlota 🥣 In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, or alternatively, use a large bowl with a hand mixer, add cream cheese, La Lechera, Libby's pumpkin, cinnamon, pumpkin spice, and vanilla. Whip until smooth. Add the cold heavy cream and whip on medium speed, increasing the speed to high until nice and fluffy. About 3 minutes. Add a thin layer of the whipped pumpkin mixture to the bottom of a 9x13 pan, or a 9-inch spring form pan. Cover the bottom of the pan with the Maria’s Gamesa Cookies, add another layer, and repeat the layers another 4-5 times. Finish the top of the pumpkin spice carlota with the whipped pumpkin mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge overnight to set. Remove the pumpkin spice carlota from the fridge. Dust the top with more cinnamon and top with toasted chopped pecans if desired. Enjoy!

We got the easiest Fall dessert for you! 😉 Pumpkin Dump Cake ❤️ Ingredients 15 oz Libby’s canned pumpkin purée 12 oz Carnation Evaporated Milk 1c packed brown sugar 3 large eggs 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice 15.25 oz yellow cake mix 1c unsalted butter, melted 1c chopped pecans How to: 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Butter the bottom and the sides of a 9x13-inch baking pan. 2. Combine pumpkin, brown sugar, eggs, pumpkin spice, and Carnation Evaporated milk in a large bowl. Whisk until combined. Alternatively you could dump everything in the buttered pan and mix, but we found mixing in the bowl first helped mix the ingredients more evenly. 3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan. Sprinkle the cake mix over the batter, spreading it around as evenly as possible. Sprinkle the pecans over the top of the cake mix and evenly pour melted butter over the top. 4. Bake for 45 minutes or until the edges are browned and the center is set. A knife inserted in the middle should come out clean. 5. Serve warm with ice cream and caramel sauce. Pumpkin Flan time 🎃 💙 INGREDIENTS 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1 can (14 ounces) La Lechera Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 can (12 ounces) Carnation Evaporated Milk 1 can (15 ounces) Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin 5 large eggs 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon Sweetened whipped cream (optional) Preheated oven to 350 °F PREPARATION 1.- Heat sugar in small, heavy-duty saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, for 6 to 8 minutes or until dissolved and caramel-colored. Pour onto bottom of 10-inch-round cake pan; quickly swirl around bottom to coat. 2.- Place La Lechera Sweetened Condensed Milk, Carnation Evaporated Milk, Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin, eggs and cinnamon in blender; cover. Blend for 5 seconds. Pour into prepared pan. Place pan in large roasting pan; fill roasting pan with warm water to about 1-inch depth. 3.- Bake at 350 °F for 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Remove flan from water. Cool on wire rack. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. To serve, run small spatula around edge of pan. Invert serving plate over pan. Turn over; shake gently to release. Garnish with sweetened whipped cream.
