Bringing lips back to perfect shape❣️ ❣️Specially we pull our lips forward, as if you were offended🙈 ❣️ We take our lips with our fingers and "walk" along them. ❣️ "Walk" gently and slowly for a minute, more. ❣️Now we grab the corners of the lips. We feel for balls, rollers, you will most likely feel the seals. ❣️Slowly and NOT pressing strongly the corners of the lips, as if you want to melt and reduce them. ☝🏽 Important * Do it slowly and not hard (do not press, especially when we work with the corners of the mouth, our goal is to massage, and not try to distribute lumps that most likely each of you will feel (this is exactly the same spasm that causes the corners of the lips to drop)) * Don't look at the time, look at the sensations * You can do the main thing everywhere with clean hands, on clean skin If you want more exercises, work more intensely, work with posture, then I invite you to the marathon. Here are a few exercises that help achieve this goal Before I begin, SAVE this post for later &FOLLOW for more Here it is ⤵️ We provide various lip exercises to target: 1. Lip incompetence 2. Poor tone 3. Poor control and weakness Duck lips What do you need ? A tongue depressor Coins 🪙 Tape Instructions: 😬Put teeth together 👄Lips out (like a 🦆) Place tongue depressor in front of the teeth, close lips and hold to the count of 10. Repeat 4-5x Challenge: Once it gets easier you can tape coins at both sides for added weight Cheek Puffs Instructions: 1. Puff one cheek full of air and hold for a count of 5 2. Move the air to the other cheek and hold to the count of 5. 3. Move the air to the upper lip and hold to the count of 5. 4. Move the air to the lower lip and hold to the count of 5. 5. Repeat this routine 3-5x. Button Pulls A button on a string Instructions 1. Place the button behind your lips and in front of your teeth. 2. Pull the opposite end of the string so that your lips have to work to prevent the button from popping out. 3. Hold for 10 seconds out the front, then move to the left side hold for 10 seconds, then the right side and hold for 10 seconds.
