BLAt our Clovelly Passive House site, we’re installing pre-assembled party wall sections, designed to be fully insulated and airtight.
On the more complex party wall side, @proclimaau Extasana Adhero is used as part of our airtightness strategy, ensuring continuity where detailing is most critical.
An intentional air gap between the new framed wall and the existing brick party wall is also essential. This allows airflow within the cavity, helping manage and wick away any moisture that may form over time.
It’s this level of detailing, often unseen, that makes a real difference to performance, durability, and long-term comfort.
