Five things I do to feel and look younger than ever: 1️⃣ I workout. I ride my Peloton an average of 9 miles a day. I have remained consistent with this for years. In September I hit a PR and rode a total of 293 miles. I also strength train about 3x a week to stay strong, not just “fit.” I went from doing 1 push up in 2023 to now doing 3-6 sets of 10 2️⃣ I fast. Intermittent & long fasts. Fasting has transformed my mental, physical and spiritual health. I’ve remained consistent with this for 2 years. 3️⃣ I’ve completely refrained from drugs and alcohol. I’ve been consistent (sober) for 2 years. 4️⃣ I eat 95% of my meals at home. I eat real food, real ingredients. 5️⃣ I’ve cut out almost all added sugar and processed foods. These habits have changed everything about how I feel—mentally, physically, and emotionally. It’s not about perfection, it’s about discipline and self-respect. I feel younger because I choose daily habits that give me energy and vitality.
