This audio really hit me, because I’m always working to try to be better or more accomplished or worthy. But sometimes I just need to rest in the moment and enjoy these places l’m in. To stop worrying about all the things I have to do before the next day or month or year goes by. I need to take time to rest and “just be.” Share and save this if you can relate at all so someone else can hear it too! P.S. I found this audio a couple years ago. I haven’t found evidence of any study such as this, so my assumption is it’s just spoken word/poetry meant to help convey a lesson about nature and rest.
