Paneer and Potato Pinwheels 🌶️
Ingredients:
1 puff pastry roll pack
100g grated paneer
1 medium diced onion
2 large mashed potatoes
2 finely chopper green chillis
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
Salt to taste
1 tsp dried fenugreek
2 tbsp chopped coriander
Method:
🪔 In a large bowl, mix together the paneer, potatoes, onion, cumin seeds, chilli powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala, herbs, salt to taste with 2 tsps of oil.
🪔 Then mix well and lather over your puff pastry sheet.
🪔 Roll tightly to create a giant pinwheel and then cut into smaller slices.
🪔 Brush with milk/ egg wash and air fry at 180C for 20 minutes. Ensure to turn them over during the halfway point.
