It takes a lot of courage & dedication to choose to reconnect and find ones authenticity in a world that has so much influence and conditioning around disconnection & inauthenticity. The disconnection from authenticity is why so many people suffer from mental health challenges, lostness, depression, dissatisfaction, boredom, inadequacy and a deep emptiness or void that feels like it can’t be filled. Until we understand our limiting beliefs that have been created from trauma and our social conditioning, they will drive us and keep us separate from our authentic selves. We can come back to self love and self acceptance and understand the root of our beliefs, so we can heal, if we choose. Authenticity is suppressed for approval, validation and acceptance because belonging is so important in the human experience. To heal, we must let go of the need for approval and make the connection to ourselves a top priority.
