working on your L-sit? here are some of my favourite drills to work on shoulder protraction + strength, core compression and active hamstring flexibility. try 10 reps each & modify as you need - bend your knees or use extra blocks for support. when I first started, my heavy legs just wouldn’t budge off the ground and I blamed it on my proportions (we all need a good excuse sometimes haha 🙈) BUT I’ve learnt that it’s really all about building that shoulder strength and leg-to core connection through strong hip flexors. which I’ll cover more in my upcoming challenge dropping this February! 🎉 in just 28 days, you’ll build the strength and control to hold a strong, steady L-sit. comment ‘MASTERY’ and I’ll send the link to your inbox 📥

However it can be a pretty difficult skill if you don‘t know how to train for it. Here I show you some of my favourit exercises you can use to progress towards the L-sit on the floor. Besides these progressions, make sure to work on your hip and hamstring flexibility aswell. There probably will be some suffering…but it‘s worth it😁 Enjoy🧡
