Do this, no do that. WTF… what & who should you listen to in a sea of misinformation? It’s frustrating (and honestly, infuriating) how many people out here are giving advice without any education, real-world experience, or proof of what actually works. 💊 Pushing detox supplements as a “fat loss plan”
📉 Preaching extreme calorie cuts to women in perimenopause
📚 No certifications. No real training. Just a Canva template and a coaching title And maybe the hardest truth?
 There are way too many coaches preaching about body transformation while clearly struggling with their own health—and not being honest about it. I’m not saying you have to look a certain way to be credible. But if you’re not living what you teach, should you really be teaching it? This industry needs more:

Comment “I’m in” to join me! If you are not doing all of these things, supplements or detoxes are not going to fix your problem. You don’t have a hormone problem, you have a consistency problem. If you are not doing these things and you’re considering going on a GLP1, do these things first and continue to do them if you go on one for results that stick around. Most people won’t do these things and will be frustrated at their lack of progress because they can’t be consistent enough for just two weeks. If you can do these things for two weeks, keep going!!! Ditch the crazy detoxes, and diets and overzealous exercise programs. Start here, focus on my January challenge for you! 1. Wake up by 6:30 am (earlier if you want, I’m not an early riser though…) 2. Go to bed by 10:30 pm (sleep is one of the most underrated tools for fat loss and strength and overall wellness) 3. Workout 5x a week (2 hiit, 3 strength) 4. Eat mostly unprocessed whole foods 5. Limit alcohol (I’m attempting dry/damp January with max 2 drinks/wk) 6. Hit 7k steps/day 7. Drink more water 8. Stay off scale - the scale lies and fluctuates based on hydration and hormones (even bowels). It also can’t tell the difference between fat and muscle so don’t give it any weight and go by how clothes feel and your self confidence. 9. Meditate more - I’m aiming for 2x a week! 10. Stay positive, strive for progress over perfection. Do this for yourself. Set yourself up with habits that will Give you mental clarity, confidence and the ability to tackle all stressful situations coming your way in 2026. 🚨RAW VS. COOKED🚨 💡DYK Nutritional data on labels is typically for RAW weight. This means, if you are weighing your food cooked and using the raw weight to guide your portion size, you are OVER eating and UNDER logging. Admittedly the first time I learned about the raw to cooked conversions on my macro tracking journey I wanted to throw the towel in. 😵‍💫 YOU MEAN I’VE BEEN TRACKING MY PROTEIN WRONG THE ENTIRE TIME!?! “Screw it all!!” “It’s not worth it!!” “It’s too confusing..” 🙇🏼‍♀️ But then I realized, as long as I stayed consistent in my processes, it gave me an opportunity for more accurate logs and better results. 📈 Here’s what you need to know on your macro tracking journey 👇🏼 🥩Nutritional data on packages is for the RAW data (assuming you’re purchasing raw). Meaning, the 4oz nutritional info is for when it’s raw, not when you weigh it cooked. 🥩Protein *typically cooks down by 25% in weight. This means that 4oz cooked protein portion you always log cooked should actually be inputted at its raw weight of 5.3oz. Or if you truly only want 4oz, it’s more like 3oz when cooked. **It’s really hard to be “perfect” with macros and food tracking- there is human error, margin of error (FDA allows for a 20% margin of error for restaurants and packaged foods😱)so instead of trying to chase perfection, work towards better. •better choices •better logging habits •better compliance •better accuracy And at the end of the day, if you aren’t seeing the results you had hoped from tracking your macros (assuming you’re at the right script per your goals), there is a good chance there ARE some logging errors happening. Do I think eating clean, organic foods is important? Yes. Do I think looking at ingredients is important? Yes. But that alone isn’t enough. ESPECIALLY if you are trying to put on muscle. Whether you wake up early to workout or not- this was probably the biggest shift that made the biggest difference for me. 2️⃣ hydrate with electrolytes:💧 It all starts with a hydrated system. Electrolytes help your system function optimally, balance hormones, and curb sugar cravings. 3️⃣ add steps to your day: 🚶‍♀️ Walking is the most accessible and effective form of exercise. Aim for 8-10k steps a day- ideally getting your dose of vitamin D while you’re at it- and you’ll take fat burning to the next level. 4️⃣ Macro tracking ✍️ : Learn what your food is made up of, and the right balance of macros that your unique body needs to be able to thrive and get results 5️⃣ increase protein 🍗: Aim for 100g a day, around 30-40g/meal, and you’re golden. 6️⃣Lift Heavy $h!t: 💪 Strength training with a plan is the ultimate way to burn fat. Keep it simple: 3 times a week, focus on foundational compound movements like squats, rows, deadlifts, and presses. With just 30 min sessions you’ll feel stronger, leaner, and more confident. 7️⃣HIIT 💦: strategic 20-30 min sessions of short, quick, intense bursts help tap into fat stores for energy and keep your metabolism revved all day long Commit to 6 weeks of implementing these changes and you won’t believe the results you’ll be seeing and feeling by June 21!
