MACRO ADVICE 📱Calories = inconsistent of macros, frustration from lack of progress. Start by tracking the amount you weigh in grams of protein If you weight 130 LBS, track 130 Grams in protein. If you weight 160+ , I suggest starting at 145 protein & working your way up to 160 grams, no higher in protein for women Distribute the rest of your macros to carbs & fats Keep your fats at the lowest amount DM for more insight on MACROS 🫶🏻🫶🏻
