TOAbout Mae Ukemi & Tobi Ukemi🥋🙌
In this video I’d like to show the similarities between the front roll and the soft breakfall. My idea is to display that the Tobi Ukemi isn’t this insurmountable acrobatic skill that seems impossible. Even though there are many more details involved than displayed in this short clip I find it helpful to think of the Tobi Ukemi from the perspective of the Mae Ukemi. The more I practice Tobi Ukemi the more I find it similar to the Mae Ukemi.
