Protein Pancakes baked in a bowl 🥞🥣 34 million views on my most viral ‘Protein Pancake Bowls’ video! This is one of my favourite recipes that I’ve ever shared! And it’s PERFECT for Pancake Day 🥞 Recipe Below 👇 🥞 Per bowl (multiply by the servings you plan to make): -1 egg -50 g yogurt unflavoured (or vanilla) -70 ml milk I use almond but any milk will work -35 g flour all purpose (see pinned comments for gluten free options) -25 g protein powder (I used vanilla organic protein powder from @theorganicproteinco It’s my absolute favourite protein and it goes so well with this recipe. Use code MANU10 for a discount on their website 😉) - drizzle of honey (~1 tsp) (there is very little sugar in this recipe for calorie reasons but you can add as much sweetner as you want, depending on how sweet you like things) - 1/2 tsp baking powder Top with fruits of your choice!! Bake for 25-30 mins at 180c/350f You can top your baked pancake bowl with more honey/maple syrup if you wish to (optional) Per bowl (1 serve): These were my macros but it will depend on which protein powder you use, which yogurt you use, milk, amount of sweetner etc.. Calories: 338 Calories Carbohydrate: 32g Protein: 31g Fat: 8.5g This is a perfect, healthy meal prepped breakfast! You can bake all the pancake bowls at once and reheat it for breakfast through the week! High Protein Salad Serves 4-5 Salad Ingredients - 1 large cucumber - 600g cherry tomatoes - 2 large capsicum - Large handful parsley - 1 fried onion - 2 tins roast chickpeas - 2 tins roast corn Dressing Ingredients - 5-6 heap tbsp Greek yoghurt - 1 juiced lime - Handful of dill - Swirl of oil olive - Garlic powder - Pepper - Water (to make consistency you want) Instructions - Chop the cucumber, tomatoes, capsicum and parsley and put into a bowl. - Roast the chickpeas and corn in the oven until golden. - Chop the onion and pan fry until cooked. - Once chickpeas, corn and onion are cool, add to the salad. - To make the dressing add all the ingredients to a bowl, adding garlic powder and pepper so preferred seasoning. Mix and add water to thin the mixture to desired consistency. - Add dressing to the salad and mix through. - Enjoy! - #mealprepideas #mealprep #highproteinrecipes #easyrecipes #recipeideas

Bircher Museli, raspberries & blueberries 2. Yogurt, Mixed berries, chia seeds, almonds, pumpkin seeds. 3. Oats, Raisins, nuts/ seeds, cinnamon, blue berries, milk. 4. Yogurt, Mixed berries, chia seeds, almonds, pumpkin seeds. 5. Single serve Greek Yogurt pot, peanut butter, honey. I make 4 containers for freshness & incase I have a breakfast meeting or change of heart. Single serve yogurt pots are ideal for on the go last working day. Keep in the fridge until ready to eat. First up we have protein banana bread! 🍌🍞💪 This easy recipe uses Greek yogurt, protein powder and hemp seeds to get you over 18g of protein per serving (✌️ slices). It’s yummy and healthy too! HOW TO MAKE ⬇️ 1/2 cup mashed banana 3/4 cup greek yogurt 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 3/4 cup sugar 1 cup flour (oat if you need GF!) 1/4 cup protein powder 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda Pinch of salt 1/4 cup hemp seeds 1/2 cup chocolate chips Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside. Beat together the banana, yogurt, eggs, vanilla and sugar. Add the remaining ingredients (minus chocolate chips) and stir together to form a batter. Fold in the chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 50 – 60 minutes until a cake tester comes out clean. Allow to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then remove and cool completely before slicing. Follow along for day two - it’s a goodie and involves chocolate 😍👌

Ingredients     •    2 red bell peppers, chopped     •    1 red onion, sliced     •    1 head green cabbage, chopped     •    5 slices nitrate-free turkey bacon, chopped     •    1 lb chicken sausage (5 links), cooked and sliced     •    1 lb raw shrimp, peeled & deveined     •    2-3 tbsp avocado or olive oil (divided)     •    1 tbsp minced garlic Seasonings     •    Garlic powder     •    Onion powder     •    Black pepper     •    Cajun seasoning (to taste) Instructions     1    Prep everything first Chop bell peppers, onion, cabbage, turkey bacon, and cooked chicken sausage.     2    Cook bacon & sausage Heat 1-2 tbsp oil in a large pot or deep skillet over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and sausage. Cook until lightly browned and fat is rendered. Remove from the pot and set aside.     3    Cook shrimp Add shrimp to the same pot. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Cook 1-2 minutes per side until just pink. Remove shrimp and set aside with other meats.     4    Build the veggie base Add a little more oil if needed. Add onion and cook until slightly translucent. Add bell peppers, minced garlic, black pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Stir well.     5    Add cabbage gradually Add cabbage in batches so it wilts evenly. Do not cover and do not overcrowd. Season again lightly as it cooks.     6    Bring it together Return turkey bacon, sausage, and shrimp to the pot. Toss until evenly combined and heated through.     7    Serve hot I didn’t calculate macros for this one since it’s really going to depend on the ingredients and amount t of oil you use. #mealpreplife #weightlossjourney #personaltrainer #jmchallenge #mealprepideas

Pesto: 1 cup fresh basil 1 cup fresh rocket ¼ cup pine nuts 2 garlic cloves ½ lemon, squeezed ½ cup parmesan cheese ¼ cup olive oil ¼ cup water 2 tsp @kissedearth Magic 8 Salad Chickpeas, drained and rinsed Pasta, Cooked Cucumber, tomatoes, spinach leaves. How to: 1. Blend all pesto ingredients together until creamy. 2. In a glass jar add 1 tbsp of olive oil, then 2 tbsp of pesto sauce to the base of the jar. 3. Add 1/3 cup cooked pasta. 4.
