I am writing another book! This time it is everything you want to know about GLP-1. Research is fascinating. I have had several doctors message me stating that GLP-1 response from food can’t create satiety because it breaks down in the blood. Studies show that GLP-1 may actually exert its effects on the vagus nerve which may feed back to the brain. In general, meal replacement shakes work simply by replacing a high calorie meal with a low calorie alternative. My goal is to make that alternative help you stay satiated longer.
