1. Stop shampooing your mids and ends
Shampoo is meant for your scalp. When you scrub it through your lengths, it strips away the natural oils your ends rely on, making dryness worse over time.
2. Use a hair mask once a week
Weekly masks replenish moisture and help soften dry hair that regular conditioner alone can’t fully restore.
3. Be gentle, no harsh brushing
