Oser le changement, ce n’est pas si facile… Sinon, tous ceux qui en rêvent le feraient. En 2022, j’ai fait un virage à 180 degrés : j’ai pris la décision de dire stop à mon poste de chef de projet. S’en est suivie une formation qui m’a permis de mieux me connaître… et de découvrir mon IKIGAÏ suprême, ma mission de vie. Pour parvenir à faire ce switch, il faut des ressources personnelles hautes : confiance, courage, force d’action… Et soyons honnêtes : quand elles ne sont pas suffisamment activées, tu restes coincé·e. Professionnellement, cela se matérialise de différentes manières. Tu ressens de la frustration, un vide grandissant, une perte de sens… Une profonde lassitude…. Et parfois, ça finit en dépression ou burn-out. Il y a mille raisons au fait de ne pas oser : ton éducation, ton environnement, certains événements de vie ont altéré tes ressources personnelles et t’ont coupé de ton plein potentiel. Mais retiens bien une chose : rien de tout ça n’est figé. 👉 Ne pas oser ne veut pas dire que tu n’en es pas capable. Cela signifie simplement que tes ressources dorment encore.
