I recently had one of those days where everything seemed too tough to handle; I felt uneasy and overwhelmed with so much on my mind. I took a walk around my neighborhood and soon felt the need to sit down. Você se sente cansada e sobrecarregada, experimente desacelerar o ritmo nas suas tarefas diárias. Saia do automático e observe. Nas cenas do vídeo mostra que ela percebe que está fazendo a tarefa muito acelerada, e conscientemente, como uma escolha, decide fazer num ritmo normal e respirar. E segue fazendo isso nas suas atividades rotineiras. Quando ela faz isso ela sai do modo automatico, desacelera, e a mensagem que o cérebro interpreta é " não estamos em perigo". Diferente de agir com pressa em tudo, fazendo as tarefas acelerada como se estivesse correndo de um predador. Quando você age como se estivesse fugindo de um predador, o coração acelera, as pupilas aumentam, o sistema de luta e fulga é ativado e hormônios adrenalina, noradrenalina e cortisol (estresse) são liberados. E quando isso é constante resulta em um desgaste generalizado do organismo, provocando cansaço, ansiedade, distúrbios do sono, problemas digestivos e muitos outros. Walking with a smaller gong is a really nice variation to a gong hanging on a stand. ✨ Walking with sound is very powerful as you can work around people at a much closer proximity. 🎵 Small gongs are easy to transport, no stand is required they are cheaper to buy so a nice way to start your sound journey. 🌟 They also combine very well with a bigger hanging gongs if you’re looking to upscale your equipment. 🎅 Practice different techniques like Pendulum swing , circles, twists & dampening the gong if the sound splashes. 🙉 Please let me know your experience of walking gongs or any questions ✨ Have a great Thursday ✨
