You do not have to eat/ raw dawg it like me 😂 I’ve been on my journey for about 4 years so these habits and eating like this is second nature. You should choose meals that you know you will be able to rinse and repeat so that you won’t make any excuses as to why you didn’t meal prep. Leg days I eat before gym and take @ehplabs pride preworkout as it is very much needed and I take the BCAA-EAA to drink during workout. HOW TO MINI CUT (step-by-step)✨ ok so before anyone comes at me in the comments - MY goal for this mini cut was not to lose a LOT of weight (I lost around 2lbs) but it was to get a lil more ab definition going before an event I have this weekend. That being said, if you only have a short time to lose fat then mini cuts can be a great approach for the right people so here’s how you’d do it: 1. Set the timeline:
anywhere from 2–6 weeks. 2. Find true maintenance (TDEE):
Use an online calculator and if you wanna confirm then eat at that number for 1-2 weeks first. 3. subtract 500 to 800 cals/day from your TDEE to get your calorie deficit (up to -1000 only if cals are still sensible). 4. Set your protein goal - If you’re leaner: 1g protein per lb bodyweight - Higher bf%: 1g/lb ideal body weight 
 TOP TIPS 1. Keep training simple
Goal = maintain strength, not PRs.
Keep intensity, reduce volume a lil if ur too fatigued (drop 1 set per exercise). 2. Add cardio slowly
2-4 low/moderate sessions a week you actually enjoy. Daily movement matters most so aim to get around 8-12k+ steps/day. 3. Prioritise recovery
7-9 hours sleep is non-negotiable. Hydrate, manage stress, deload if needed. 4. Don’t cut fats or carbs (they’re macronutrients for a reason) 5. Track weekly, then make adjustments 
Morning weight & photos 1-3 x a week (keep conditions consistent).
If progress stalls for 7–10 days, make small changes (–100 to –150 cals or +5–10 min cardio). 6. Stop your cut properly
When done, return to maintenance (don’t stay in your deficit!!). Eat at maintenance for 2–4 weeks to stabilise. They’re not meant to last long but useful in dropping quick amounts of fat in a short period before your body has a chance to start losing muscle. When should you run this? If you’ve done “body recomposition” correctly - this means that your nutrition should be in increasing overtime. Easy ways to do this is increasing your carbohydrates around training. I add an Intraworkout on leg days. If you can’t eat that much volume, then drink your carbs! Yes I know that sounds crazy because it goes against everything you were taught about weight loss. BUT it can help with your recovery, improve sleep quality, refill glycogen stores, better force production - all good things which eventually lets to more improvement in body composition.
