Thank you @amirrahman26 kerana pantas tuntas membalas DM 🤭🤭 actually sumpah no notes. Literally no notes at all. We ordered combo Pepperoni New York, Mushroom Truffle Bianco & Mac & Cheese; HANDS down for now one of the best pizza I’ve tasted my whole life.

Last night’s pizza dough was really good. Not too thin, super soft, but still had enough body to hold everything up. Slightly dusty in a good way. The edges were nicely charred and not bitter at all.

Pepperoni NY —— Basic ingredients, but they worked so well. The pepperoni wasn’t too dry, paired with fresh basil on each slice. Cheese was fully melted and comforting. Finished with a subtle soury, tangy note that tied the whole mouthfeel together and made it kind of addictive.

Mushroom Truffle Bianco —— Damn, I was in for a treat. It felt like eating a comforting homemade Carbonara or Alfredo. Thick white sauce, grated melted cheese, fresh mushrooms, BUT ON A PIZZA. This one was heavy, in the best way 🤤

Sedap gila, nampak normal; but the taste bombs IS BEYOND. So kalau korang around Shah Alam, please do drop by at @miscusi.express or @miscusi.eats (even more fine dining experience) for slices of Heavenly goodness!
