This n8n AI Automation takes any podcast episode and turns it into dozens—sometimes even hundreds—of short clips for TikTok and Instagram. And it does everything on its own. No editing. No uploading. No caption writing. It’s fully hands-free.
Built with n8n, it runs in two simple parts. First, it scrapes a YouTube channel for its newest episodes. As soon as a new podcast is uploaded, the system grabs it and sends it to an AI tool called Vizard. Vizard watches the full episode, finds the best moments, and turns them into short clips.
Then the second part kicks in.
Each clip goes through ChatGPT to generate an engaging caption. Subtitles are added automatically. The clips are formatted for TikTok and Instagram. Everything is saved in a Google Sheet. And once it's ready, you get a notification. That means you can set it up once and let the content flow without touching anything.
