These brownies are gluten-free, contain no refined sugar and are eggless. They are the best healthy alternative to normal chocolate brownies. Method- - take 80 gm oats - add 1.5 tbs cocoa powder - add 1 tsp baking powder - add 1 tsp vanilla essence - add 180 ml milk (if vegan can use any other plant based milk too) - add 2 medium size extra ripe bananas - churn everything in a mixie - pour this batter in a baking safe container (I used ramekin moulds) - sprinkle some choco chips or choice of nuts on top - if baking on a gas, bake it for 20 min (pre heated for 10-15 min) - if baking in an OTG oven then 180 degree for 15 minutes is sufficient (pre heated for 10-15 min) - that’s it, enjoy when its warm Tip: if you need it to be more sweet then dust some powder sugar on top . . You can enjoy it guilt-free & the best part is, it’s made in the microwave so it comes together in only 7 mins. Let’s make this. Serves 4 1 cup milk 1/3 cup oil 1/2 cup dahi 1 tsp vanilla essence 1/2 cup jaggery powder (you can also use brown sugar) 2 tbsp cocoa powder 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1 cup atta Mix together all the ingredients to a smooth batter. Microwave for 7-8 minutes or until the cake is completely cooked. Spread over some chocolate ganache & garnish with hazelnuts. Serve warm or chilled & dig in.! This eggless tea time cake is going to be your next favourite. Absolutely yummy, soft and moist. It turns out so good that you will bake it often and enjoy it guilt-free. Don’t forget to save the reel and bake it soon ☺️ 🥮Ingredients for atta jaggery cake: 1.5 cups atta 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 3/4 cup milk 1/3 cup ghee 1/2 cup thick curd 1 cup jaggery powder 1 tsp vanilla extract A pinch of salt 👩‍🍳Method: Sieve together atta, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl, give it a good mix and keep it aside. Chop some nuts of your choice. I added walnuts, almonds and some raisins. Add 1 tsp flour to the chopped nuts, mix well and keep it aside. In another mixing bowl, take ghee, jaggery powder and curd and whisk them well together. The mixture will become light after whisking for about 2 to 3 minutes. Now start adding flour mixture slowly. Like add little by little in 4 parts. Also add milk (1/4 cup at a time) and mix the batter lightly. Once the batter is ready, transfer to a greased baking tray, sprinkle dry fruits on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes or till done. Let the cake cool down completely before slicing and enjoying! 📝Notes: All the ingredients should be at room temperature before using. Use thick curd only (avoid adding watery curd). Every oven works differently so time and temperature may vary.
