Mobility builds range, resistance builds strength, and calisthenics builds control. Today the team worked through: • Hurdle mobility – improving hip movement and coordination • Step-ups – developing single-leg power and balance • Dumbbell deadlifts – strengthening the posterior chain and core foundation These are the small details that build stronger, faster, and more resilient athletes. It can be reclaimed simply by rebuilding a strong relationship with the floor. The floor invites so many opportunities to squat, sit, shift, rotate, reach, transition. It’s one of the best teachers of strength and mobility. 🧘‍♀️ If your ranges feel limited, use support like yoga blocks or pillows. Meet your body where it is. Eat down here. While we can’t solve for everything life throws at us, we can help build the strength and mobility that keeps runners moving. Over the course of 2 Saturdays (21st and 28th Feb), we hosted a strength and mobility workshop for runners, led by @maggu_m3 at @dna360powai The goal was simple: equip runners with a set of repeatable drills they can carry into their training through the year. The energy in the room and the reflections from participants made it incredibly fulfilling for us. Sharing a few moments from the workshop.
