FHFa’afetai Lava to Papahana Kuaola and Kumu Utai and Kumu Ogan for today… Today, our students poured their hearts into the land, working through windy and rainy weather to connect with the aina. Despite the challenging conditions, their laughter echoed across the fields, bringing warmth to the day as their hands moved together to clean the taro patch. They put in so much effort, reminding us all of the resilience and strength they carry within. It was more than just a day outside the classroom; it was a reminder that learning, laughter, and hard work can break through any barrier.
This experience connected them with their roots, the land, and each other in ways that go beyond words. We, as teachers, saw the true meaning of #ONEGOV today, as our students proved that, together, we can work toward something greater.
