JUParlons d’un sujet (pas très sexy mais tellement important) : les papiers ! 😅
Il y a encore quelques années, j’avais moi aussi des piles à trier et à ranger… 😤
Mais aujourd’hui, grâce à un bon système de rangement et quelques routines bien pensées, je gère tout ça en quelques minutes par mois. 🙌
Voici les grandes lignes de mon organisation 👇
📌 1. Refuser et minimiser
Dématérialisez au maximum ! Moins on reçoit de papier, moins on en a à trier.
(Mais attention : ce n’est pas une excuse pour ne pas organiser vos fichiers numériques ! 😉)
📌 2. Traiter rapidement
L’idée, c’est de ne pas laisser s’accumuler. Dès qu’un document arrive, je l’ouvre et je décide tout de suite quoi en faire :
→ Pas d’action à faire ? Je jette ou je mets dans une pochette “À garder” (à trier plus tard).
→ Action < 2 minutes ? Je fais tout de suite.
→ Action > 2 minutes ? Je note dans ma to-do… ou je laisse sur le bureau. Comme il est toujours vide, ce petit “bazar” me pousse à agir vite ! 😅
📌 3. Classer une fois par mois
C’est devenu une routine mensuelle qui me prend… 7 minutes chrono ! 🕖
➡️ Je vérifie si le document doit être conservé. (Astuce : j’ai créé un tableau avec les durées légales de conservation, dispo dans les ressources gratuites du blog – lien dans ma bio !)
➡️ Je classe dans mes boîtes thématiques, avec des pochettes par sous-catégorie.
Par exemple, dans ma boîte “Travail” :
🔹 Une pochette par employeur (contrats, bulletins de salaire...)
🔹 Une pour les diplômes et études
🔹 Une pour la retraite
🔹 Etc.
Et comme toujours avec l’organisation : la régularité, c’est la clé ! 🔑
