Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE my coffee. In fact, I believe the research that shows that coffee may have positive effects on the liver and brain. Plus, I’m a #sober girlie so coffee is my 💛. BUT, research suggests that anything over about 400mg of caffeine is likely to worsen anxiety. And some individuals are particularly sensitive to caffeine even in lower levels. For reference, there is about 100mg in an 8oz cup. And while I LOVE my coffee, I can tell when I’ve hit the point of no return. I recently just pulled back to two cups per day and the difference is stark. Do you have a #coffee obsession, but find that it makes you feel moody or anxious?
