Use the 80/20 rule eat well most of the time, enjoy life without guilt. 2️⃣ Training Train with purpose. Progressive overload, structured sessions, and intent behind every workout. You don’t need fancy you need consistent progress. 3️⃣ Cardio Cardio isn’t the enemy. It supports conditioning, heart health, recovery and fat loss. Keep it regular and manageable. 4️⃣ Sleep Massively underrated. Aim for 6–7 hours minimum each night. Better sleep = better recovery, hormones, energy and results. 5️⃣ Consistency This is the real winner Over weeks, months and years small habits done daily will always beat short bursts of motivation. Nail these five and the results will look after themselves.
