Idk why I’ve had this draft saved for over 2 weeks — maybe it’s because this whole experience was more bitter than sweet. 🫠 Not sure why @razertip doesn’t notify their U.S. customers at checkout about the tariff amounts/delays…😒 And, if they don’t know—which I understand is definitely possible—at least they could provide a courtesy pop up, a little “heads up”, to expect a GUARANTEED DELAY on EVERY ORDER! Oh, and that once it reaches the U.S. border, @ups will be sending notification of the astronomical tariffs, AND additional charges, before delivery can continue. 🫩 💡HERE’S A TIP: Set realistic expectations to help customers avoid unnecessary disappointment & frustration.
