EWRęcznie malowana kurtka z motywem łąki
Ten projekt był jak mała ucieczka w naturę. Chciałam, żeby łąka na denimie wyglądała tak, jakby naprawdę można było w niej usiąść — pełna światła, delikatnych przejść kolorów i tych drobnych szczegółów, które tworzą cały klimat.
Najbardziej wyjątkowym elementem są ręcznie doklejane kamienie. Każdy z nich wybierałam osobno, dopasowując kształt i odcień, żeby tworzyły z malunkiem jedną, naturalną strukturę. Trochę jak przeniesienie kawałka ścieżki na ubranie.
To właśnie takie projekty przypominają mi, że moda może być małą formą opowieści — spokojnej, dotykalnej i bardzo osobistej.

REThis was Shivani’s holiday hobby project. Can’t express in words how incredibly proud we are of you @shivanikadvath , not only for the sustainability take on it, but also for the sheer hard work, passion and finesse you put into creating this fabulous patchwork jacket. She made use of all the disused fabric that she could lay her hands on, including my old kurtis, unstitched blouse pieces, Satish’s torn jeans, pillow cases and whatnot:)
P.S. She had sourced the pattern from the internet. She is pursuing her second year Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design from @n.i.f.t.kolkata
