Un’alternativa leggera, colorata e saporita alla classica piadina:Perfette anche per un pranzo veloce, sano e pieno di gusto! 🇮🇹Ingredienti 👩🏻‍🍳(per 4 piadine) - 1 zucchina grande - 1 patata grande - 2 carote - 50 g di mozzarella grattugiata - 1 uovo - 1 cucchiaino di sale - ½ cucchiaino di pepe nero - Origano e paprica a piacere 🇦🇱Përbërësit (për 4/6 pite) - 1 kungull i madh - 1 patate e madhe - 2 karota - 50 g djathë mocarela i grirë - 1 vezë - 1 lugë çaji kripë - ½ lugë çaji piper i zi -,Rigon dhe spec i kuq i ëmbël (paprika), sipas dëshirës 🇮🇹Procedimento:👩🏻‍🍳 1️⃣ Grattugia finemente zucchina, patata e carote. 2️⃣ Se necessario, strizza le verdure per eliminare l’acqua in eccesso. 3️⃣ Uniscile in una ciotola con l’uovo, la mozzarella, il sale, il pepe, l’origano e la paprica. 4️⃣ Mescola fino a ottenere un composto uniforme. 5️⃣ Su una teglia con carta forno, forma 4/6 dischetti sottili (aiutati con un cucchiaio). 6️⃣ Inforna a 180°C (forno già caldo) per 20–25 minuti, finché sono dorati e si staccano facilmente. 7️⃣ Lascia raffreddare leggermente e farcisci a piacere: io ho usato formaggio fresco, rucola, pomodori e cetrioli. 📌 salva la ricetta per averla sempre quando avrai voglia di qualcosa di salutare e veloce ✨ #piadinevegetariane #ricette #ricetteitaliane #ricettesane #ricettevegetariane #ricettelight #ricettefacili #gatimetemia #foodporn #ricettadasalvare #foodlover

My kids love it because they can gobble these up in 10 minutes and still have time left to run out and play! 😅 Let me know if you want more such pinwheel paratha recipes! You’ll need: • 1/4 cup moong dal (soaked 2 hrs) • 1/4 cup pumpkin (chopped) • 4–5 garlic cloves • 1/4 medium beetroot (grated) • 1 tbsp ghee • 1 tsp salt • Whole wheat flour (as needed) Instructions - 1. Soak moong dal for 2 hours. 2. Add soaked dal, pumpkin, and garlic to a small bowl. Place this bowl inside a pressure cooker with 2–3 tbsp water (outside the bowl) and steam for 2 whistles. 3. Once cool, blend the steamed dal, pumpkin, and garlic into a smooth puree. Add a little water if needed. 4. Grate beetroot, wash it, and squeeze out all the water. 5. In a mixing bowl, take whole wheat flour. Add the dal puree, grated beetroot, salt, and ghee. 6. Knead into a soft dough. No extra water needed. Filling Recipe - • 60g paneer (crumbled) • 1/2 boiled potato (mashed, optional) • Chopped veggies of your choice • Salt, pepper, and a pinch of oregano Steps: 1. Mix paneer, mashed potato (optional, it helps in binding), veggies, and seasoning together. 2. Your filling is ready! Chickpea Spinach Wrap (Makes 2) This wrap has amazing flavours, super simple to make and ofcourse nutritious. All you need is 20min to make this if you have pre prepped. You can replace chole with kala chana or rajma here. Method: -In a pan, add some oil along with 1 large onion cut lengthwise. -Sauté till light brown and 1tsp ginger garlic paste. -Add 1 cup boiled chickpea or chole. -Add 1/2tsp turmeric powder, 1/2tsp coriander powder, 1/2tsp red chilli powder, 1/4tsp pepper powder, 1/2tsp chaat masala & salt to taste. -Mix really well and add handful chopped up spinach and some salt. -Mix well till everything some together and spinach is cooked. Hung curd spread: -3-4tbsp hung curd. (Take regular curd and put it in a muslin cloth for 30-40min till all the water is out) -1/2tsp honey -salt to taste -1/4tsp pepper powder -fresh coriander & mint (Mrs YumTum, reels. Mit dem Code ANDILIEBTÖL10 gibt es 10% Rabatt auf die gesamte Bestellung. ############# ## REZEPT ## ############# ———————— Mediterrane “Pinwheel Wraps” mit Bohnenmus (ca. 32 Stück) ———————— 4 Wraps (25cm) 60g Rucola Mediterranes Bohnenmus: 250g weiße Bohnen (Abtropfgewicht) 80g eingelegte getrocknete Tomaten 40g Cranberries (ungezuckert) 30g Pinienkerne 4 Esslöffel vom Pesto Tahin-Rucola-Basilikum-Pesto (400ml): 60g Tahin 30g Basilikum 30g Rucola 30g Kürbiskerne 30ml Olivenöl 40ml Wasser 20g Hefeflocken 2-4 Knoblauchzehen 1 Limette (Saft & 1/2 Limette Zeste) 1/2 Teelöffel Salz 1/3 Teelöffel Pfeffer ———————— Nacheinander die Kürbiskerne für das Pesto und dann die Pinienkerne für das Bohnenmus anrösten, bis sie anfangen zu duften. Alle Zutaten für das Pesto in einen Standmixer geben und losmixen, bis ein cremiges, leicht dickflüssiges Pesto entsteht. Die eingelegten getrockneten Tomaten klein würfeln und die Cranberries grob hacken. Die weißen Bohnen in eine Schüssel geben und so gut es geht z.B. mit einer Gabel zermatschen. Dann die restlichen Zutaten für das Bohnenmus hinzugeben und unterheben. Jetzt nacheinander einen Wrap nehmen. Diesen mit 1/4 vom Bohnenmus bestreichen - komplett bis zum Rand. 1/4 vom Rucola drauf verteilen und den Wrap einfach nach oben hin zusammenrollen. Die beiden Enden können abgeschnitten werden. Danach den Wrap in 8 gleichgroße “Pinwheels” schneiden. Tipp: die “Pinwheel Wraps” können super vorbereitet werden.
