This Spicy Chicken Satay Crunch Wrap is on our weekly lunch rotation for the foreseeable future 🤩🥜🔥 (Serves 1) Ingredients: * 1 tbsp olive oil * 1 cup shredded cooked chicken * 100ml coconut cream * 2 tbsp Mingle Seasoning Satay Recipe Base * 1 tbsp peanut butter * 1 tsp chopped peanuts * 1 small carrot, grated * 1 tsp coriander * 1 tsp sriracha * ¼ cup mozzarella, grated 1. In a frying pan over medium heat, drizzle in the olive oil. Add cooked chicken, coconut cream, and satay recipe base. Simmer until the sauce has thickened. Remove from heat and allow to cool. 2. Slice the tortilla from the bottom center to the midpoint. Place ingredients in these quadrants: • Bottom Left: Satay chicken • Top Left: Peanut butter and chopped peanuts • Top Right: Carrot and coriander • Bottom Right: Sriracha and mozzarella 1. Here’s how to make this sensational Crispy Chicken Parma Wrap 🌯⬇️ - Ingredients: 150g chicken breast 1 large tortilla wrap 5ml olive oil 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Onion powder 1 tsp Chilli powder Salt Pepper Juice of 1/4 lemon 1/2 chopped onion 20g parmesan Fresh parsley 3 chopped iceberg lettuce leaves Dipping sauce: 50g natural yogurt 1 tsp Dijon mustard 5g parmesan 1/2 tsp smoked paprika Juice of 1/4 lemon - Method: 1. Add the chicken breast, olive oil and seasoning to a large mixing bowl. Mix well with hands 2. Add to a non stick pan and cook for 3 mins 3. Add the Parmesan and onion and cook for further 7-8 mins 4. Meanwhile, make the dipping sauce by adding all ingredients and mixing thoroughly 5.
